Case Study #1
A stone
manufacturer wanted to drive its employees to focus on
actions and steps which would be environmentally
responsible, improve the marketability of the company
and lower operating costs.
Solutions
YBGreen
created a 4 step road map. The employees were first
educated on the reasons and benefits of the sustainable
program. Secondly, a GoalGreen platform was launched
which engaged, recognized and rewarding employees for
making environmental changes. Green purchasing policies
were implemented. Finally, a Green Policy document was
created.
Results
In 5 month’s the
manufacturer was able to train 100% of its employees,
67% of the employees had received at least 1 reward for
a positive contribution, a Green Policy document was
being enforced and the company was spending 18% less on
its overall operating costs.

Case Study #2
A chain of
travel agencies, wanted to reduce the carbon footprint
of their staff while at work, reduce operating
emissions, lower energy costs and encourage its
employees to purchase hybrid cars.
Solutions
YBGreen helped
by creating an interactive 1 day education seminar, a
“Work With Lights Off” day, a peer to peer recognition
platform and a hybrid rebate program.
Results
In 3 month’s the
travel agency was able to train 97% of its employees,
launch a platform which recognized employees for making
responsible changes, and the client lowered its energy
costs by 24%. Oh and yes, in 3 month’s 4 rebate checks
were paid to 4 employees who had purchased a hybrid.

Case Study #3
A major
pharmaceutical company wanted a 3 year Green roadmap
which would educate and engagement its employees, reduce
energy dependency by 25%, reuse/recycle/reduce corporate
policies and convert its vast fleet into hybrids.
Solutions
YBGreen and its
partner’s, designed a custom solution which enabled the
client to measure, monitor and communicate green
changes. The solution addressed, alternative energy,
heating and air conditioning, employee training and a
complete energy cost auditing process which would ensure
savings. Ultimately, the savings would be used for
converting the fleet to hybrids within 3 years.
